BCWW Anthology

This is simply just an early morning musing, but in the future (maybe seven or eight months from now), I'd certainly be interested in putting together our works into a Brooklyn Comic Writer's Anthology sampler to sell at conventions. Is there interest in this idea?

I wouldn't be totally adverse to it, though there is the whole issue of getting folks to draw all our scribblings.

... and lettering them, designing them, and publishing it ... all true.

The interest is more important to me right now. The idea of something concrete that a collective worked to achieve is interesting to me. It's more me thinking outloud, and I thought it was worth bringing up.

Oh, it's totally an idea worth bringing up. There's a lot of potential in collective works - just please god let it be more on the Flight end of the spectrum than, say, House of Twelve.

I'm a fan of the idea, as it also inspires us to further get our ideas to the drawing stage - and I don't think any of us writer types without the art skill would be more than happy to see our work be drawn.

So yes, I likey.

Exactly. It gives participants something concrete from the experience, as well as a goal to work for.

And maybe, we can convince saintdani to design it.

Again, the idea is many months away from being anything concrete ... just a passing thought.

I would be totally down designing it. I could even help out with certain things like lettering too.

It would be incredibly fun. I'm down!
